Adelle has always had a passion for cooking. Through traveling to different countries across Europe, she began to appreciate even more food’s ability to bring people together. She wanted to bring her love for food and creating community to Chattanooga, and crepes felt like the perfect way to do so. With the help of her parents, Adelle opened Adelle’s Creperie in July 2016 when she was 12. As the restaurant’s creative director, Adelle is involved in everything from the menu creation to the decor to making crepes behind the counter. Eight years later, she is constantly working to make Adelle’s Creperie the best it can be and cherishing every second.
